  • By and For Community Funding a Community Benefit Society registered with the  FCA under the 2014 Act with registration number 8876 and registered as a charity  with HMRC number [NUMBER], whose registered office is at 10 Queen Street Place,  London EC4R 1BE (the "Baobab Fund") 

  • Collectively referred to in this policy as "Baobab".
